Founded by Andrew Salazar, Stratton Painting is more than just a painting company—it's the result of over a decade of hands-on experience, resilience, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way.
Andrew began his career in the painting industry working for other contractors, where he honed his skills over 10+ years. During that time, he learned what quality craftsmanship truly means—but he also saw the other side of the industry. After going through a difficult period due to a health issue that temporarily sidelined him, Andrew realized how quickly many companies stop valuing their workers when they can’t meet demands. That eye-opening experience gave him the push he needed to build something better—not just for himself, but for his clients.
Once fully recovered, Andrew took the leap and launched Stratton Painting with one goal in mind: to offer high-quality, honest, and professional painting services that treat every client with the respect they deserve. Since then, he's worked on a wide range of projects across Arizona—from stunning homes in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale to hardworking family homes in more modest neighborhoods.
